In a MySQL query how would I select: all rows, ordered by column name

In a MySQL query how would I select:

  • all rows, ordered by column name
  • those with name > 'f' should come first, then the rest alphabetically

so I’d get G, H, …, X, Y, Z, A, B, C …, F.
