In MS SQL-Server, I can do: SELECT ISNULL(Field,’Empty’) from Table But in PostgreSQL I

In MS SQL-Server, I can do:

SELECT ISNULL(Field,'Empty') from Table

But in PostgreSQL I get a syntax error. How do I emulate the ISNULL() functionality ?
