In one touch i want to get a option to select and copy the text from textview like the image show here.

In your onClickListener for the TextView:

ClipboardManager clipboard =
    (ClipboardManager) getSystemService(CLIPBOARD_SERVICE); 
clipboard.setText(yourTextView.getText());
