    You need to create an UIImageView and set it’s frame to the desired coordinate.

    UIImageView *imageView = [[UIImageView alloc] initWithImage:[UIImage imageNamed:<#imageName#>]];
imageView.frame = CGRectMake(<#x#>, <#y#>, <#width#>, <#height#>);
  [yourViewController.view addSubView:imageView];
