    I figured out a fix for dynamically removing the title bar.

    $("#example").dialog(dialogOpts);
// remove the title bar
$(".ui-dialog-titlebar").hide();

    This will remove all elements with the class ‘ui-dialog-titlebar’ after the dialog box is rendered.
