Is there any way to scroll a ScrollView programmatically to a certain position?

Is it possible?

    ScrollView sv = (ScrollView)findViewById(R.id.scrl);
    sv.scrollTo(0, sv.getBottom());

    or

    sv.scrollTo(5, 10);
