I’ve thought they are definitly same. But I just found some values CTRL_C_EVENT and

I’ve thought they are definitly same.
But I just found some values CTRL_C_EVENT and CTRL_BREAK_EVENT at SetConsoleCtrlhandler function.

Is there a difference?
