How to use Filter parameter in our function?

Having a model of:

    class Person {

        public property Name {get; set;}
    }

and a collection like:

    List<Person> personRepo;

you can filter your list like:

    var searchResults = personRepo.All(p => p.Name == "Frank Borland")
