I try To Do This :

In Code Behind Section:

  public string str ="TEST";

In JavaScript Section:

 <script type="text/javascript" language="javascript">

    function funDoSomething()
    {
        var strMessage = '<%= str%>';
        alert( strMessage );
    }
 </script>
