This isn’t directly related to your question, but

define('SITE_ROOT',DS.'C:',DS.'wamp',DS.'www',DS.'photo_gallery');

should probably be

define('SITE_ROOT',DS.'C:'.DS.'wamp'.DS.'www'.DS.'photo_gallery');
