    Add:

    requestWindowFeature(Window.FEATURE_NO_TITLE);
            getWindow().setFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN, 
                                    WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_FULLSCREEN);

    To the onCreate() of your first Activity you want in full screen mode. Do nothing else to the rest of them. That’s it.
