  WORD  bfReserved1;
  WORD  bfReserved2;
  DWORD bfOffBits;
} BITMAPFILEHEADER, *PBITMAPFILEHEADER;

BITMAPFILEHEADER header;
// Fill your header;
std::ofstream of(/*your file name...*/);
of.write(&header, sizeof(header));

You can use any other file implementation instead of std::ofstream.
