SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column ‘username’ cannot be null

I have checked and verified that all 3 input parameters are not empty!

Do you really have properties (public) with names such as setUsername?Or do you mean to call the method setUsername($username)?

$user->setUsername($username);
$user->setEmail($email);
$user->setPassword($password);
