string.IsNullOrEmpty(myString.Trim())will throw exception ifmyStringisnull, whereasstring.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(myString)will work just fine, so it’s more reliable.As for the performance,
string.IsNullOrWhiteSpaceshould be faster.string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(myString)is prefered way of checking if variable is empty or whitespace.
