I want to print each coordinate values per line using sed.For an example it should be like:

If you consider 3rd and 4th line of the input.
please note that there is only one space between “Non-Leaf” and “Node:”,2 spaces between “Node:” and “level=1”, a tab between “rect:” and coordinate values and among the coordinate values. If its not possible by sed, then please tell my how I can print just the lines between 2 strings and pipe the whole thing to same operation like this one?

    One way. Avoid automatic printing with -n switch, then when a line matches rect: at the beginning of the line, remove it, append following line, remove extra spaces, add a newline between coordinates and print:

    sed -ne '/^rect:[\t]*/ { s/// ; N ; s/\n[ ]*/ / ; s/[ \t]\+/\n/g ; p }' infile
    

    Assuming infile has the content pasted in your question, output will be:

    UPDATE to add the string rect id after coordinates:
