    Simply use <%: list[i] %> instead of <% list[i].ToString(); %>

            <% var list = this.GetData();
               for (int i = 0; i < list.Count(); i++)

                    <%: list[i] %>

            </tr>

    But you should consider Repeater and other data binding controls provided by Microsoft already for this purpose.
