    Try to set AutoGenerateColums = false and define the columns by yourself:

    in XAML:

    <DataGrid ... AutoGenerateColums="false">
        <DataGrid.Columns><!-- Your columns --></DataGrid.Columns>
    </DataGrid>

    in Code-behind:

    yourDatagrid.AutoGenerateColumns = false;
