    For a Class B IP address the first 16 digits should be static(they will never change). The remaining 16 digits keep changing…

    So for ur problem.. the IP addresses go like this…

    172.16.0.1 ..... 172.16.0.255
    172.16.1.0 ..... 172.16.1.255
    .
    .
    .
    172.16.107.0 ..... 172.16.107.255
    172.16.108.0 ..... 172.16.108.163 ---> This will count to 27811 hosts
