This may be a simple question but how do i “build” my project so it becomes an executeable jar file if i use eclipse?

This may be a simple question but how do i “build” my project so it becomes an executeable jar file if i use eclipse?
Right click on Project -> Export -> Jar File / Runnable Jar File.
