barcodeTextLabel.text = foundCode.barcodeString;
urlToGrab = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"%@", foundCode.barcodeString]; // foundCode.barcodeString is an NSString

urlToGrab shows the following "error invalid CFStringRef"
