    Sending signals

    There are two ways to send send signals in Django.

    Signal.send(sender, **kwargs)
    
    Signal.send_robust(sender, **kwargs)

    In your case, you may do something like this

    Signal.send(User, raw_password="xxx")
    
    # raw password stays in **kwargs
