Question

What is wrong with the following code for file uploading.The request.FILES[‘file’] looks empty

Models:

     handle_uploaded_file(request.FILES['file'])

You need to set enctype attribute on your form:

<form enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post" action="/foo/">
