When I compile my code with code analysis enabled, it take a long time. Now I need to go to project’s property and set it manually. I want to know are there any addin that I can enable/disable code analysis before compile projects.

What you’re asking is possible, but it’s probably not the optimal approach. Instead, you might want to consider creating a separate build configuration for your solution in which code analysis is disabled (e.g.: “Debug (No FxCop)”). Aside from avoiding reloads of changed project files, this also has the major advantage of preventing accidental check-ins of projects that have code analysis disabled.
