When I run a management command it opens a browser window. I authenticate the

When I run a management command it opens a browser window.
I authenticate the app which creates a oauth file ~/.googlesql_oauth2.dat.

But it throws a DatabaseError afterwards.

End user Google Account not authorized.enter

Any ideas how to fix this?
