    Here’s one way using GNU grep:

    grep -oP '(?<=<div class="Message"> ).*?(?= </div>)' file
    

    If your tags span multiple lines, try:

    < file tr -d '\n' | grep -oP '(?<=<div class="Message"> ).*?(?= </div>)'
