According to Oracle Java SE Critical Patch Update Advisory – October 2011
the fixes affect “JDK and JRE 5.0 Update 31 and earlier” among other Java SE releases.
Where can I download the latest Java 5.0 update that I assume is 32?

Java 5 has long met its End-of-Life and is no longer supported by Oracle (since November 2009, according to this Wiki article).
Newer updates are only available through the Java for Business program, which effectively requires a paid support contract.
If you want the latest security fixes and don’t want to pay for them, then you need to update to at least Java 6.
