How can I check what ActionFilterAttributes are applied from within OnActionExecuting in my Controller?

 [HttpGet]
 public ActionResult Index()
 {
      var attributes = Attribute.GetCustomAttributes(typeof(HomeController).GetMember("Index").First());
      return View();
 }

And result hould be like this:
