Presently I am doing this print ‘Enter source’ source = tuple(sys.stdin.readline()) print ‘Enter target’

Presently I am doing this

print 'Enter source'
source = tuple(sys.stdin.readline())

print 'Enter target'
target = tuple(sys.stdin.readline())

but source and target become string tuples in this case with a \n at the end
